Shipping and Returns

In most cases shipping is correctly calculated and added to your order for Canada and the United States only. The difference in shipping outside of North America will be added to your invoice, and must be paid before your order can be processed. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained from 3rd Planet prior to returning any item for any reason to 3rd Planet. All returns must be accompanied with original receipt. There is a 25% restocking charge on all special orders. Commercial use 30 days returns. Minimum order $50.00.
